Terms of use
Version 2.0 · Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms cover use of www.euryan.com. Paid work is governed by the services agreement and the Data Processing Addendum signed for that engagement, and where those documents and these terms differ, those documents apply.
What Euryan provides
Euryan generates engineering risk documentation, including design FMEA, process FMEA and 8D root cause analysis, from documents a customer already holds. Every output requires review and sign-off by a qualified engineer before it is used in any engineering programme, design review or regulatory submission. Euryan does not decide, does not sign, and does not replace your process.
On standards
Euryan v1 is not licensed to VDA and holds no FMEA conformance assessment. Output is structured as a design FMEA in the form a quality function already reviews, and severity, occurrence and detection are derived from rating anchors that are Euryan's own, versioned, and published with the output. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of conformance with, or certification against, any standard.
Certifications
Euryan is working towards certification in the sequence ISO 9001, SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001 and TISAX. None of these is held today. Current status is stated on the Security Overview and is updated as it changes.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Euryan Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without written permission. Rights in customer material provided to Euryan remain with the customer.
Warranties
This website and any demonstration content on it are provided as is. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any output shown here. Worked examples on this site are records of past generations, anonymised, and are illustrative only.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euryan Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from paid work is governed by the services agreement for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. If they change materially the version and date at the top of this page change with them.
