Privacy notice

Version 2.0  ·  Last updated 28 August 2026

This notice covers personal data collected through www.euryan.com. Customer engineering data handled under a services agreement is governed by the Data Processing Addendum rather than by this notice.

Who we are

Euryan Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Euryan Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 16834496. Contact info@euryan.com for any privacy matter.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company, your work email address, optionally your role, the route you selected, and anything you write in the message field. The site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party tracking scripts. A theme preference is stored in your browser and never leaves it.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests, specifically responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us. If you later ask to receive updates from us, that is processed on consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to hold the thread of a commercial conversation you started, and to keep an accurate record of who we have spoken to. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not use it to train, tune or develop any machine-learning model.

Who else sees it

Enquiry data passes through the providers who host this site and send its email. Those providers are listed, with their role and location, on the subprocessor list, which is kept current and gives at least 30 days notice before a change. We do not share enquiry data with anyone else without a lawful basis for doing so.

Engineering data

Technical data you provide so that we can produce engineering documentation is used solely to deliver that work. The data intelligence built from your documents is private to you. Euryan's global model learns structure and does not hold your content, and customer content is not used to train, tune or develop any machine-learning model. The technical and organisational measures behind that are set out in the Security Overview.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to three years from the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Data held under a services agreement is deleted or returned in line with clause 9 of the Data Processing Addendum.

Where it is held

Application hosting, database operations and backups run in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, an appropriate transfer mechanism is in place, and the mechanism for each provider is named on the subprocessor list.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Email info@euryan.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first, but that route is yours either way.

Security

Connections to this site are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised personnel. Report a security concern to security@euryan.com, which is the address published in our security.txt.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the version and date at the top of this page.
